Layna is an online weight loss coach with over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry (6 of those working with clients, doing consultations, or guiding her students).
She has a bachelors degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from the University of Hawaii where she graduated with highest honors. In addition to her degree she also studied personal training and sports nutrition.
